Continue past the rear of the Market Hall until you reach the open Market, Turn Left here then continue through The Market Way to reach Church Street, look to the Right noting the sculpture on the roof 'Asclepius', many people will know this Building as 'Shelley's Chemist. Turn Left then shortly turn Right into Broad Street, passing the old Baptist Chapel.

Continue to the end of Broad Street to it's junction with The Crescent where we see The former Labour Exchange - ( now - Offices) ahead and Left we can also see Hickman Park (named after Sir Alfred Hickman) we bear Right here then Right again into Green Croft past the former WMBC Training Centre/Jordan's Enamel Works now a Sikh Temple.  Reaching the end of Green Croft we Turn Left into Church Street, on reaching  the corner of Walsall Street we pass a Frieze entitled 'Witness', well worth stopping to read!

Continuing past The Frieze we come to the Town Hall an imposing building - somewhat spoilt by the Green Glass structures attached to it. Turn Left into Lichfield Street with The Town Hall still on your Left shortly we come to Walsall Street, Turn Left with The Citizens Advice Bureau on the corner continuing ahead a little further we come to St.Leonard's Church a dominating landmark visible from some distance away. Now retrace you steps a short distance and cross the road and up a few steps you are now on 'God's Acre' continue diagonaly across to descend the steps at the far sideback  on to Lichfield Street, go Left and within a few strides you are on Wellington Road.  Cross here to enter Prouds Lane with Bilston Community Centre - known to most 'Old Bilstyonians as The Old Clinic - on the Left and Bilston Baptist Church opposite. Cross the road and just past The Church Turn Right down a path alongside The Health Centre.

Reaching the bottom of this path turn Right on to Mountford Lane then Right along Mount Pleasant passing the Old Tram Depot and The Gurudwara to reach the Old Police Station turn Left into Bow Street then Left into Lewis Street  (Alternatively, if you arrived in Bilston by public transport, you can turn  and follow this route.) then Left again into James Street to finish the walk at The Library/Craft gallery. Opposite The Library is Beldray Road formerly the home of one of Bilston biggest employers Beldray. Bilston Bus Station is a short walk away from here Continue along Mount Pleasant cross into Walsall Strett following it round to your Left to Reach Church Street go straight ahead to reach the Bus Staion with The Metro Stop to your Left.
